How do I buy products?
As a homeowner, can I buy your products?

We do not sell to homeowners directly. The Topkote materials can be harmful if not handled properly and need to be applied by professional technicians.

Do you only sell to bathtub reglazers?

In addition to bathtub reglazers, we also sell to general contractors, builders, painters, as well as commercial and residential renovators.

How do I register online?

If you are a new customer, you can register either by:

  1. Fill out the questionnaire to create your ISI account.
  2. Print and complete the PDF “Credit Card Authorization” found under the “Register” tab.
  3. Email the completed form to us at creditcard@islandsons.com so we can finalize your account.
  4. We will contact you, typically within 1 business day, to confirm your information prior to approving your account.
When can I start ordering?

You can start ordering after your account is verified.

How long will it take for my account to be approved and set up?

Once the registration is filled out, it has to be verified by us. If it is submitted during business hours, it should be verified within a couple of hours; it may be longer, depending on the availability of our staff members.

Is there a discount for large quantity orders?

We offer discounts for:

  • Topkote products starting at quantities of 4+ per item. Larger discounts are available for pallet orders of 60+ TOTAL Gallons.
  • Bulk Orders of Acrylic Walls (White or ISI Brand) starting at quantities of 6+.
  • Commercial Orders of Acrylic Walls (White or ISI Brand) starting at quantities over 25.

For both Bulk and Commercial Orders, please allow additional time for shipping.

How do I pay for my order?

Orders can be paid for by cash, Visa, MasterCard or E-transfer to accounting@islandsons.ca. Unfortunately, we do not accept Cheques or Debit.

When I pay with Credit Card, when will my Credit Card be charged?

Once your order request has been submitted, our team will confirm inventory, as well as calculate shipping and any applicable surcharges. A copy of the final order, including totals, will be sent to you via email prior to charging your credit card. Once your credit card has been charged, your order will be shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will vary based on location and quantity. To receive a shipping quote, either call or email us.

Where is my order being shipped from?

Our warehouse is located in London, Ontario.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to the size and/or hazardous nature of many of our products, we are unable to ship by air. Shipping times will vary based on your location and the size of the order. Small orders in 12″x12″x12′ are usually shipped by Purolator and arrive within 2-7 days. Larger orders are shipped on a pallet, by a trucking company, and could take 3-7 days.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

Once your order is placed and your invoice settled, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Shortly thereafter, a Shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed.

Can my items be shipped express or overnight delivery?

Due to the hazardous nature of some products, shipping by Air is not available. Typical shipping time ranges from 2-7 days.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. We are located at the south end of London, Ontario. Please call 24 hours in advance for a pickup appointment.

Are all the Topkote products from the USA website available in Canada?

Not all Topkote products sold in the USA are available in Canada. For a specific item, please email an inquiry to us for more information.

Is there a special way to store your Topkote product?

We recommend storing in a temperate, dry environment, away from direct sunlight. Extreme temperatures may affect Topkote products. Do not allow it to freeze or store in heat above 40℃.

How long is material usable?

Most Topkote products have a shelf life of 1 year when properly stored. Ensure all the containers are sealed and air tight. Temperature, moisture and humidity can affect the shelf life.

If I order too much material or if I ordered the wrong thing, can I return what I don’t use?

Due to the nature of the material, we do not accept returns. If there is a product issue, please contact us by phone or email to discuss your situation in more detail.
